A Vision for Quality Housing
Freedom Homes was founded by Josh and Jimbo Carnley with a simple goal: bring quality housing and development to communities across Oklahoma — not only in cities but also in the smaller towns that have often been overlooked. What started as a construction company dedicated to building durable, luxury, and affordable homes has grown into a full-service organization serving families, businesses, and communities throughout Oklahoma and Kansas.
Josh and Jimbo recognized that many rural and small-town communities lacked not only new housing but also the quality rental options and property management services residents deserve. Their vision was to fill that gap by creating places where people could live safely, comfortably, and affordably — without sacrificing quality.
Property Management Born
As the construction company expanded its portfolio of residential and commercial developments, the need for professional property management became clear. In 2023, Freedom Realty Management was established with 46 luxury properties and a commitment to providing exceptional service to both property owners and tenants.
Today, we oversee residential and commercial properties across eight Oklahoma cities — from Stillwater to Tulsa — and into Kansas. Every property is supported by responsive management, professional maintenance, and a dedication to creating positive living experiences for residents.
